Happy St. Patty's Day

We decided to have green eggs and ham for breakfast. Lincoln thought it was great. He also wanted to re-enact the Dr. Suess Green Eggs and Ham. :)

WOW 3 post in what ten hours you're amazing. And breakfast looks delicious!!

I love that Lincoln loves to act out and pretend and direct movies. Him and Lindy should get together and form a two man show.

Happy St. patty's Day

I think it's cool that you always let Lincoln do fun things. My kids still remember when you made them green eggs and ham!
Tonight we had Airhead Xtreme Rainbows over ice cream mountains and it rained Sprite and put golden cookies at the end. The kids loved it :)

Thats so cute! My dad used to do green eggs and ham for us too on St. Patricks. Lincoln will remember it forever!

Is this how you turned the eggs green? Im still wondering about the ham...
Jessica Seinfeld: If my strong-willed children sense I want them to eat their vegetables, it's not going to happen. So mostly I hide them. Sometimes I make it a novelty. For example, my kids love green eggs — scrambled eggs cooked with pureed spinach. They're fast, simple, and nutritious, and we read Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham.

hmmmm didn't think of that. No we just put food coloring on the ham and the eggs. We even made snickerdoodles later and those were bright green. I still need to incorporate spinach to our diet. :)

I was so jealous when I saw your cool breakfast. I was going to do a green dinner, but Nate didn't fell well and I didn't feel up to it by dinner time. Lincoln is very lucky!!

Very Cute. We were lucky to get green clothes on on St. Patty's day. Let's face it they were lucky to get dressed at all.
