I can't scream at time enough to stop. It just keeps on ticking no matter how I scream. Speaking of screaming, Ruby has mastered the tantrum. She kicks and screams, throws objects along with herself onto the ground, or jolts backwards no matter where she is or who is holding her. Its nice to have a second child. This time around I just smile and think, "already? really, I thought I had more time."
Jared was trying to teach Ruby not to throw her chicken on the ground at dinner time tonight. I had a hard time not laughing. She would just stare at him with her had over the high chair, daring him to tell her not to drop it. And then let go with all the drama of a teenager. Then she would smile and bat her eyes and dare him to tell her NO again. :) It begins........
My sweet and innocent Ruby is a thing of the past. She goes up and down stairs, gets into everything. Climbs on objects, pulls objects. Hits her brother, hits me and hits the dog. She loves to be in trouble, it just makes her laugh and laugh. She loves to throw things that she doesn't want. Her bottle, her binky, her toys, her food, anything.
Although this week she got sick, we pulled an all nighter on Wednesday night and its the saddest thing in the world to see a baby with an upset stomach over and over and over. She let me cuddle her so much the next day I was in heaven.
She's also learned to dance this month along with copy sounds. She really is talking quite a bit. Her newest word(really a sound) is Hallelujah. You say "Hallelujah" Ruby says:Ahhllllaaauuuyyyaaa. Really cute. :) I think I'm going to have another talker on my hands, imagine that.
