Calling all pregnant mommies
So I just discovered heaven in maternity clothes. I was pregnant 4 1/2 years ago so it's been a while and my maternity wardrobe is a little outdated. But this weekend I discovered thats a good thing because maternity clothes have come a long way in 4 years. They have this stretchy material at the top, it's kinda like pantyhose but not control top. I love it.
I hate the panel waists because you feel like you are in some sort of costume, and the under belly bands just slip and slide and you are constantly pulling them up, and the real waist stuff is just elastic that bunches. But I am in love with this idea.
I was skeptic at first because I don't like anything above my belly button (I'm still lobbying for bikini cut garment bottoms) But it's so lightweight it doesn't bother me.
Anyway, there is my plug, motherhood has it but so do other places. It's called "Secret Fit Belly".
If you are pregnant try it, then like me you will wish you would have bought more.
:)

Anna, you look amazing in those pants! What, that's NOT you? I'll have to take your word for it that they are nice.
um...I thought someone just revamped your maternity collection w/super cute clothes :) Too good for em? j/k those do look great. I hated always pulling my pants up.
Is it a requirement to be preg to wear 'em? lol
Sorry! I double clicked the publish button and it sent 2 posts.
your clothes are great shell. But no summer clothes. and it's too hot for jeans and long sleeves. :)
My friend told me about those about a month ago but I didn't want to invest in anymore maternity clothes. I hear they are heaven sent though!
I don't know anna... Im having a hard time with thought of maturnity clothes this go round. Like you, I don't like any of my old stuff... but yuck! I don't want to buy anything to wear for 2-3 months you know? Ill go try some on :)!
I'm with you, the new "secret fit belly" is fantastic. I too was unsure, but they are comfy, and you can't see the line through your clothes. Call me, and we'll get together.
