This is the house we want and have had an offer on it for almost three weeks. The paperwork sits on some executive's desk awaiting a signature. (its a short sale, bank owned home and apparently we need one more signature) We are slightly going crazy watching the time go by. This baby is coming soon (seven weeks to be exact). We appreciate the hospitality of my parents in allowing us to be with them, but we need our own space. And this particular space is exactly everything I want and need. My small plea is if you have a moment include us in your prayers that we can either obtain this home or find another one quickly. (but sadly I really just want this one) :)
