Cauliflower Soup

That is correct, Miss Ruby had four bowls, I can't tell you how wonderful it felt to see my children devouring this soup, and asking for more. Ruby even tried to eat mine. It was so cute. Next time I will make a double batch. It was fairly easy, and tasted soooooo good.

and this is what I did different.

I doubled the butter

used 2 tbls dried onions

I used colby jack cheese

and a small handful of Parmesan cheese

we dipped it with old hot dog buns, because we are that cool.
